Martha Hoopes

Martha F. Hoopes is professor of biology at Mount Holyoke College, where she teaches ecology, conservation biology, and biostatistics. Martha holds a PhD in ecology from the University of California, Davis, and earned a BA in English and physics from Williams College. Her research focuses on spatial interactions in invasions and conservation biology. She has authored numerous scholarly papers and book chapters, and coauthored Invasion Ecology and several chapters in Metacommunities: Spatial Dynamics and Ecological Communities (Holyoak, Leibold, and Holt, eds).
